Cancellation policy

Recurring donations

When you choose a recurring donation, you authorize the McCullough Foundation to charge your payment method the amount you selected on the schedule you selected (for example, monthly) until you cancel.

How to cancel or change. You can cancel, pause, or change a recurring donation at any time by signing in to your account on our website, or by emailing hello@mcculloughfnd.org. Cancellation takes effect before your next scheduled charge, as long as we receive your request at least 2 business days before that charge. There are no cancellation fees.

Refunds. Recurring donations that have already been processed are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error, such as after a timely cancellation request, contact us within 30 days and we will refund the charge.

You will receive an email receipt for each recurring donation for your tax records.
