Dr. Peter McCullough™ is an internist, cardiologist, epidemiologist holding degrees from Baylor University, University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, University of Michigan, and Southern Methodist University. He manages common infectious diseases as well as the cardiovascular complications emerging after the pandemic in Dallas TX, USA.

Since the outset of the pandemic, Dr. McCullough™ has been a leader in the medical response to the COVID-19 disaster and has published “Pathophysiological Basis and Rationale for Early Outpatient Treatment of SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) Infection” the first synthesis of sequenced multi-drug treatment of ambulatory patients infected with SARS-CoV-2 in the American Journal of Medicine and subsequently updated in Reviews in Cardiovascular Medicine.  The McCullough Protocol™ was adopted by the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons Early COVID-19 Home Treatment Guide and has been credited with saving tens of millions of lives and sparing hundreds of millions of hospitalizations around the world.  Dr McCullough™ went on to publish McCullough Protocol Base Spike Detoxification,™ the first scientifically supported protocol to assist patients in managing Spike protein driven, post-acute sequelae after SARS-CoV-2 infection and COVID-19 vaccination.  He has dozens of peer-reviewed publications on the infection and has commented extensively on the pandemic response in The Hill, America Out Loud, Real America's Voice, NewsMax, and on FOX NEWS Channel. Dr. McCullough testified multiple times in the US Senate, US House of Representatives, European Parliament, and multiple state capitols on public health policy.

John Leake is a nonfiction author with a lifelong interest in medical history. Since 2021, he has worked with Dr. Peter McCullough,™ and was the primary author of their bestselling book The Courage to Face COVID-19:  Preventing Hospitalization and Death While Battling the Bio-Pharmaceutical Complex. as the widely read New York Times bestseller, Vaccines: Mythology, Ideology, and Reality.

John studied history and philosophy with Roger Scruton and lived in Vienna, Austria for fourteen years, working as a freelance author and translator. For his work as a true crime author, he has intensively studied the history and practice of forensic science.

Nicolas Hulscher is an epidemiologist and administrator at the McCullough Foundation. Born and raised in Michigan, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Pre-Health Professional Studies from the Oakland University Honors College in 2020, graduating with Institutional and Departmental Honors. He went on to receive a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a specialization in Epidemiology from the University of Michigan School of Public Health in 2024.

Nic plays a pivotal role in leading and managing scientific research, public communications, and policy engagement for the McCullough Foundation. He oversees daily operations, manages all social media platforms, authors peer-reviewed publications, and presents research findings both in the media for broad audiences and at leading scientific conferences.

Since 2023, he has contributed to 16 peer-reviewed scientific studies—including systematic reviews, original investigations, and case reports—significantly advancing the understanding of COVID-19 vaccine injury syndromes and their potential treatments, as well as exploring the possible laboratory origins of the H5N1 bird flu.

Outside of work, Nic enjoys playing hockey and golf, staying active outdoors, and diving into independent research projects on emerging public health issues. He also spends time volunteering with medically underserved communities through his nonprofit, th!nk it LOUD, which delivers custom empowerment programs to children and families facing serious medical challenges.

Dr. M. Nathaniel Mead is a biologist, nutritional epidemiologist, natural medicines authority, and research scientist. He earned bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Science education, an M.Sc. in Nutritional Epidemiology, and a Ph.D. in Natural Medicine. After completing his graduate studies at the UNC School of Public Health & Medicine, Dr. Mead went on to author over 50 peer-reviewed scientific papers and serve as an editor for two peer-reviewed science journals. In addition, he served as a nutritional oncology consultant at multiple clinics in central North Carolina, as a research associate at the Institute for Integrative Cancer Research and Education (15 years), and as an editorial board member for Integrative Cancer Therapies (Sage Publications, 23 years). 

Mead is the lead author of the first peer-reviewed scientific review to request a global moratorium on the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines, coauthored with Dr. Peter McCullough (senior author) and six other esteemed scientists, and originally published in the journal Cureus: Journal of Medical Science before being unethically retracted due to pressure exerted by the pharmaceutical industry on the publisher. The paper was then greatly expanded and republished in the International Journal of Vaccine Theory, Practice and Research:

Dr. Mead recently spearheaded a McCullough Foundation analysis showing that the myocardial (heart muscle) damage is more strongly linked with the modified mRNA vaccinations than with SARS-CoV-2 infections.  This comprehensive review/analysis was published in the April 2025 issue of the International Journal of Cardiovascular Research & Innovation.

Mead is currently overseeing four other research projects for the Foundation.

Claire Rogers is a board-certified physician assistant who has been in practice since 2005 upon graduation from the Medical University of South Carolina.  Like many clinicians in 2020, she found herself questioning what have long been regarded as universal truths in medicine.  Since this time she has pursued collaborative opportunities with expert physicians and researchers who investigate the “settled science”.  She has been intimately involved in Dr. James Thorp’s independent research group since 2022 and coauthored multiple peer-reviewed publications.  Additionally, she is an active member of Concerned Doctors of Alabama, a multispecialty group of physicians and medical professionals who meet semi-monthly.  Claire is a member of the IPAK-EDU Institutional Review Board under the direction of Dr. James Lyons-Weiler.

With over two decades of experience, her career has centered on ensuring patient safety and managing study trials. Driven by a passion for the conduct of ethical research and the founding principles of good clinical practice, Kirstin actively advocates for objective research through her roles as Executive Director of the IPAK-EDU Institutional Review Board and Vice President/Research Director of Advanced Biological Research Group, Inc.

Bre Craven is a certified Physician Associate based in Michigan. She earned her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences with a concentration in Nutrition from Oakland University. She holds a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Concordia University. 

Bre began her career in both General Cardiology and Inpatient Internal Medicine, where she takes pride in providing exceptional patient care. Her passion for these fields drives her commitment to educating patients about health and wellness, particularly emphasizing the importance of preventing and managing chronic illnesses through lifestyle changes. 

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Bre enjoys running, hiking, CrossFit, and playing soccer. She also values spending quality time with her husband, whether they are golfing or sailing on Lake Huron.
