Our Core Commitment

“Knowledge will forever govern ignorance, and a people who mean to be their own governors must arm themselves with the power knowledge gives.”
-James Madison
Lessons from the Pandemic
As we learned during the COVID-19 pandemic, our deep-seated fear of deadly infectious disease makes us very susceptible to manipulation by public health officials (often in league with undeclared commercial interests) who invoke emergency power with the purported objective of protecting us.
Thus, our fear of infectious disease can be exploited by unscrupulous public officials in the same way our fear of foreign invaders has been used by dictators and tyrants throughout history.

“The means of defense against foreign danger have been always the instruments of tyranny at home.”
-James Madison
Investigative Action and Justice
The Foundation performs independent investigations of public health conditions and policies, and how policies can be optimized for the benefit of a healthy and free citizenry (as distinct from particular commercial or political interests).
In instances in which doctors are unfairly terminated or harassed by hospital systems and state medical boards, the Charity assists in providing such doctors with expert witness testimony and other investigative and legal consulting services.
In instances in which public health institutions (such as Medical Examiner’s Offices) are suspected of corruption—i.e., failing to investigate deaths likely caused by COVID-19 vaccines—the McCullough Foundation will investigate (using lawful methods of investigative journalism).
Education and Collaboration
The Foundation will produce webinars, audio-visual interviews, and documentaries to educate the public about medical conditions, medical ethics, the doctor-patient relationship, and lawful methods for citizen participation in debates about public health issues.
These productions will be made by employees of the Foundation, together with volunteer participants. Third-party contractors may be engaged to assist with technology and/or editing of the multimedia materials. The Foundation will publish papers to educate the public about the same issues. These papers will be produced primarily by employees and volunteers of the charity and third-party assistance may be sought with respect to technical issues, artistic presentation, and/or distribution.
The Foundation (and especially its President, Dr. Peter McCullough™) will advise and work together with other charitable organizations that seek to educate and support their members about these issues.
