Steve dedicated nearly three decades to the pharmaceutical and medical device industry as a regional divisional manager. When the COVID-19 vaccines became available in March 2021, he received his shots without hesitation—trusting the system he had long been part of.

He had never tested positive for COVID-19 and was in excellent shape, routinely pushing his heart rate into the 170s and 180s during intense workouts.

Shortly after vaccination, everything changed.

Severe chest pain, tremors, and neurological symptoms forced Steve to the emergency room close to 40 times. He was eventually diagnosed with myocarditis. Standard testing offered no answers, and many providers dismissed his concerns.

Through his own research and advanced spike protein testing (showing persistent spike without nucleocapsid antibodies), Steve concluded his condition was vaccine-related. Initially influenced by media portrayals that labeled Dr. Peter McCullough™ a “wacko,” Steve later sought his care—and now credits him with guiding his ongoing treatment.

Steve continues to battle daily symptoms, including chest pain and muscle aches, but his courage to share his experience drives the McCullough™ Foundation's mission forward.
