McCullough Foundation Annual Report 2025: Truth as the Only Defense

In 2025, we expanded research with 13 peer-reviewed publications on vaccine injuries, autism determinants, and genomic integration; launched the Scholar Program; testified before the U.S. Senate; and influenced state-level policy on mRNA restrictions—all driven by grassroots support and unwavering scientific integrity. Investigative Scholarship

In 2025, we authored or substantially contributed to 13 peer-reviewed publications advancing understanding of COVID-19 vaccine injuries, myocarditis risks, excess mortality, transcriptomic changes (including first evidence of genomic integration from mRNA vaccines), and landmark autism determinants—directly informing national and state policy debates on vaccine safety.

Highlights:

  • Published 13 studies on vaccine-related issues, including transcriptomic dysregulation, autism determinants, and genomic integration in cancer cases.
  • Key papers in journals like World Journal of Experimental Medicine, International Journal of Vaccine Theory, Practice, and Research, and Medical Research Archives.
  • Launched the Scholar Program with five volunteer scholars and one paid per-manuscript scholar, contributing to projects on myocarditis, excess mortality, autism, and vaccine injury mechanisms.
  • Became the first Founding Member of AlterAI, funding truth-aligned AI to counter bias and censorship in science and policy.

Education

We delivered uncensored medical and scientific knowledge through original documentaries, large-scale social media campaigns, expert media appearances, podcasts, and live events to empower the public and physicians.

Highlights:

  • Produced high-quality documentaries and videos, with plans for larger-scale investigative films in 2026.
  • Expanded social media presence on X, Facebook, and LinkedIn, driving growth in audience engagement.
  • Leaders appeared on major outlets like Tucker Carlson, Russell Brand, The Highwire, Ask Dr. Drew, and Flashpoint, discussing vaccine ideology, health collapses, and data on vaccinated vs. unvaccinated studies.
  • Translated complex findings into accessible formats to shape public discourse.

Justice

We provided pro bono legal defense and expert witness support to silenced physicians and ethical professionals in landmark medical freedom cases.

Highlights:

  • Supported professionals targeted for upholding ethical standards and exposing undue influence.
  • Dr. McCullough provided expert testimony in U.S. Senate hearings on vaccine-associated myocarditis, presenting autopsy and clinical data.
  • Conducted briefings with leaders like Senator Rand Paul and Congressman Thomas Massie to advance vaccine safety and informed consent.
  • Advocated for accountability in public health institutions.

Ethical Policy

We shaped legislation and global health policy through Congressional testimony, international hearings, and briefings grounded in scientific integrity.

Highlights:

  • Testified before U.S. Senate on vaccine safety, influencing federal discourse.
  • Supported state-level initiatives to ban or restrict mRNA injections, citing safety signals and genomic evidence.
  • Engaged in national policy forums in Washington, D.C., to promote regulatory oversight and precautionary principles.
  • Collaborated with policymakers to restore ethical standards in public health.

Future Plans

Looking ahead, we're scaling our impact and securing sustainability.

Highlights:

  • Expand Scholar Program with more researchers, training, and fellowships for vaccine injury and autism research.
  • Deepen policy efforts, including mRNA bans, informed consent, and precautionary principles.
  • Scale documentaries, videos, and public education for broader distribution.
  • Build toward a $10 million endowment for independence.
  • Advance truth-aligned AI through AlterAI partnership.

"The work ahead requires courage, independence, and an unwavering commitment to truth. With the support of our community, the McCullough Foundation will continue to advance rigorous science and principled public health policy."
