Refund policy

Apparel

Every item in our store is printed or embroidered to order just for you, so we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item? We will make it right. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or is not the item you ordered, email us at hello@mcculloughfnd.org within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to send the item back.

Cancellations. Because production starts quickly, orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Email us as soon as possible and we will do our best.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Donations

Donations to the McCullough Foundation are generally non-refundable. If you made a donation in error, such as a duplicate charge or incorrect amount, please contact us at hello@mcculloughfnd.org within 30 days and we will review your request. Recurring donations can be canceled at any time, as described in our cancellation policy.
