Shipping policy

All McCullough Foundation apparel is made to order. Once your order is placed, please allow 2 to 7 business days for production. Your order then ships directly from our print partner, and you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as it ships.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart. Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3 to 7 business days after your order ships. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, email us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us at hello@mcculloughfnd.org. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

Donations

Donations do not ship and have no shipping charges. You will receive an email receipt for your records.
