“Knowledge will forever govern ignorance, and a people who mean to be their own governors, must arm themselves with the power knowledge gives.”
- James Madison
How We Make A Difference
-
Investigative Scholarship
Learn MoreAs we learned during the COVID-19 pandemic, our deep-seated fear of deadly infectious disease makes us very susceptible to manipulation by public health officials (often in league with undeclared commercial interests) who invoke emergency power with the purported objective of protecting us. Thus, our fear of infectious disease can be exploited by unscrupulous public officials in the same way our fear of foreign invaders has been used by dictators and tyrants throughout history. To quote James Madison: “The means of defense against foreign danger have been always the instruments of tyranny at home.”

Education
Learn MoreThe McCullough Foundation focuses its work on the intersection of public health, liberty, and defending the U.S. Constitution. Hence, its mission is animated with President Madison’s observation that “a people who mean to be their own governors must arm themselves with the power knowledge gives.” The Foundation seeks funds to produce high-quality audio-visual reports, presentations, and documentaries about the momentous events and controversies that are now affecting all of mankind. With these productions, the Foundation will educate the public about medical conditions, medical ethics, the doctor-patient relationship, and lawful methods for citizen participation in debates about public health issues.
-
Justice
Learn MoreIn instances in which doctors and other professionals (such as career military officers) are unfairly terminated or harassed by hospital systems and state medical boards, McCullough Foundation assists in providing such doctors with expert witness testimony and other investigative and legal consulting services. A key element of the Foundation’s investigative scholarship is examining and reporting the undue influence of the Bio-Pharmaceutical Complex in our public institutions. Dr. Peter McCullough is frequently called upon to provide expert services in court cases. Over the last three years, he has provided his expertise in reports, depositions, testimony, and assistance with appeals.
-
Advising Public Policy
Learn MoreThe Foundation supports holders of public office who have demonstrated prudence and discernment in crafting public health policies, free of Bio Pharmaceutical interests. Since 2020, Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) and Texas State Senator Bob Hall have been key advocates for safeguarding public health while also defending the citizenry from state overreach. Dr. Peter McCullough is frequently called upon to testify at public hearings and inquiries for rectifying deleterious public policies and implementing new policies based on sound scientific and constitutional principles.

McCullough Foundation Attends International Bird Flu Summit in Washington, DC
Continue ReadingWhen McCullough Foundation Intern Nic Hulscher and John Leake arrived in Fairfax for the International Bird Flu Summit they weren't sure what to expect. Their mission was to learn about what Summit speakers and participants were saying about H5N1 bird flu and its purported threat to humans.
The timing of the Summit is auspicious. Like COVID-19, which arrived in the United States during the election year of 2020, the introductory speaker emphasized that the first case of human-to-human transmission of H5N1 was just detected in Missouri (less than two months before the 2024 presidential election). -

McCullough Foundation Supports Independent Journal
See WebsiteWe are pleased to share with you the news of the total rehaul and relaunch of Science, Public Health Policy & the Law. Our goal is to publish objectively and ethically conducted studies and other scientific publications following rigorous peer review while eschewing “science” enforced by official narratives. We believe policy should follow from science, never the other way around. We understand that narrative-based science falls outside the demarcation of science and is damaging to public health – and to the public’s understanding of the role of science, and, in fact, the very definition of science.
Join The Cause
Dr. McCullough's educational and professional approach always emphasizes understanding the science - the definitive data - so that he can work with other healthcare professionals to improve lives, save lives, and most importantly prevent people from falling ill in the first place.
Mission Statement
McCullough Foundation is dedicated to the proposition that a government of the people, by the people, for the people, can only exist if the people are educated about health, disease, and public health policies.
